What To Expect in a Cranial Session:

· I will connect with you and your energy, calling in angels and Holy Spirit to guide me as an instrument for your highest good.

· You will either sit in a chair, or lay down on a massage table, whatever is most comfortable for you.

· I will be clear that I have permission to do a cranial session with you.

· Cranial is a typically a clothed modality and can be done either hands on or hands off. 

· You may become aware of sensations such as heat, vibration, moisture, tingling, or you may feel nothing at all.  It is perfect however you experience it..

· It is my honor to be able to serve you, and my intention is only for your highest and holiest good.  Holy Spirit will guide me and you may get nothing at all from the session, or you may be moved to tears, and it may fall anyplace in between.  You are safe, and we will only journey to where you give permission to be.

· I sometimes refer to the CHAKRAS and 5 Element theory.

· The session should take place within about an hour.

What is Cranial Unwinding?

The body stores its memories, thoughts, difficult times, happy moments...not just in the brain, but in the entire body at the cellular level.  Sometimes we feel off balance, off task...just plain off!

 

Cranial unwinding is an energetic modality working with the spinal fluid, and the bones of the skull. 

 

Many times clients experience emotions, sensations, and even visions.

 

Cranial can be combined with any modality, but is a powerful tool all its own.

 

No two sessions are ever the same, therefore making each experience a custom session.
