What is energy?

Quite simply, energy is everything.  It moves around us, it moves through us, flowing inward and back out to be recycled and reoffered. Energy is everything, everywhere. 

I offer possibilities.

My mission is to facilitate the movement of energy in the mind, body and soul of those I know, those I meet, and those that are drawn to me. To serve with loving non-attachment, compassion, gratitude, and grace.
